What began as a personal trip to Tanzania quickly turned into something much bigger. From the moment we stepped into the African wilderness, we knew this was not just a vacation — it was a profound, emotional, and deeply transformative journey. The landscapes, the wildlife, the people, and the rhythm of life in Africa left a permanent mark on our hearts.
We created Coming to Africa Safaris to share that feeling with others — the feeling of wonder, connection, and awe that only Africa can give.
Who We Are
We are two sisters with a shared passion for meaningful travel, partnered with a trusted local expert in Tanzania. Diana and Melanie experienced Africa not as tourists, but through the eyes of someone who truly knows it. Our guide, Bushi, grew up in Tanzania and has spent years leading safaris across the Serengeti, Ngorongoro Crater, Tarangire, and beyond. His deep knowledge of wildlife, culture, and hidden gems transformed our trip into an extraordinary experience — and ultimately inspired us to build this company together.
